A luxurious fruity bubbles made for those special occasions to savour. Made from Pinot Noir grapes this bubbles is made in the tradional French style. Following secondary fermentation in the bottle it is aged "sur lee" to ensure the wine develops a richness and complexity your palate deserves. After riddling the bottle is disgorged, then the wine is finished and corked.

Aromas and flavours of spicey caramelised baked apple with honey, brioche and marmalade abound while the fine bubbles tickle your taste buds before leaving a refreshing finish. Pure finesse.
