2007 was the last vintage of Pinot Gris from Unison Vineyard, customers were asking for more, so we made a stunner in 2011! Enticing aromas of fresh ripe pears along with sweet floral notes and a touch of Pears. This wine has an amazing rich velvety texture with flavours of crunchy stonefruit and spice.
